Efficy's international Technical Customer Support team is looking for new colleagues. The team provides Technical Customer Support to Efficy's clients on Nordic and International markets, giving them advice in how to best utilise Efficy's digital marketing & CRM solutions for their benefit.
Your role
You will be answering questions, advice and provide information to Efficy's clients about how to use the products, extensions and packages in the customer context. You will be working with a wide and varied customer base and your goal is to provide extraordinary service to them. Apart from technical advice and guidance, you will bridge the organisation with the ambition to be the client advocate and ensure customer happiness.
Skills and passion
You are an ideal candidate if you are a problem-solver, who likes to work in a fast paced international environment. You think it is exciting to learn about new software. Over time you will be expected to take ownership of your area of work and become a trusted advisor to clients about Efficy's system’s marketing functionalities.
Other necessary skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Fast learner and willingness to learn new skills
- Interest in learning about IT, new software or marketing & CRM tools
- Previous experience from Technical Customer Service is a plus
- Other languages will be an advantage
Bonus points
- Fluency in other nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
