Finnish/Swedish speaking receptionist Stockholm/Alvik

Four FM is a fast-growing company that provides premium solutions within Facility Management. An agile company that is built on entrepreneurship, engaged people, and strong company culture. We are now looking for a new addition to the Four FM family and are hoping that it will be you!

You will be stationed at our client in Stockholm Alvik together with a tight Four FM team. You will report to one of Four FMs Account managers in Stockholm, with whom you will have a close collaboration from day one.

As a receptionist, you will have various tasks and will be a key player for Four FM, as well as for our client.



Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
Switchboard handling meaning - answering and transferring phone calls, emails, package handling, reporting, greeting people and having a great time with your team!

Qualifications:
Fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English.



We will see it as extra merit if you also have experience from:

Office 365 and administrative work

Working hours:

Full time 08:00-17:00 (with some flex)
