Job description
Are you passionate about service and do you have a broad and solid experience in IT support? If you also are interested in a global company, this is the job for you. Teledyne FLIR is looking for a dedicated IT support; focus on First and 2nd Line Support On site. You will join a team of skilled and experienced IT support colleagues in the office in Täby, as well as an international team in order to provide customer support, troubleshooting and resolve IT incidents.

You will be part of a global team as well that delivers excellent support all over the world (Europe and Asia). In this role, there will also be business trips 4 times a year where you visit various offices around the world. An exceptional way to be able to see the whole of the company and to create closer contact with internal colleagues.

Responsibilities
Job Description


Internal first and 2nd line support, onsite and remote, in person or via remote tools.
Project assignments, typical projects could include computer deployments, system implementation support, facility moves, etc.
Assignment and escalation you will be responsible for escalating IT incidents and requests to the appropriate IT team.


Qualifications
To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have


Minimum 3-4 years’ experience from First-Second line Support.
Strong MS Office knowledge; Word, Excel, Outlook 365 and Windows 10/11.
Strong methodical troubleshooting skills.
Strong English language skills; verbally and written.
Good Microsoft Active directory knowledge.
Understanding of permissions structures in an AD environment.
Swedish citizenship.
