We are now hiring on a temporary basis (at least August-January) a Customer Service Agent in our head office in Vikmanshyttan.

What you do

As our Customer Service Agent, you manage large amounts of incoming communication through our different channels, for example phone, web portal and email. You support case handling via defined channels and processes and handle first line technical support. Furthermore, you occasionally perform service administration including billing, spare parts orders, and price-list updates. You ensure support cases are handled in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements, defined KPI´s and company policies.

Who you are

It is essential that you have great service skills and a never ending will to help others, have excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. You are self-driven and action oriented. It is essential that you are accurate and have attention to detail. We believe that you have an interest in technology and is eager to learn new things and develop.

Your skills

You have experience of working in a contact center within applicable area of technology or function. It is an advantage if you have experience from First Line Support. Good computer skills including CRM systems. Fluent in English and Swedish is mandatory. You also need to have a drivers license.
