Fleet Associate - E-fleet Specialist

We're looking for a skilled, motivated, and flexible Fleet Associate to join our team. Are you a hands-on person who strives for excellence, development opportunities and wants to make a significant impact on our company’s success? Then this job is for you!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Being the first point of contact for riders

- General e-car support e.g. charging issues, salary, and compensation question

- Reporting insurance cases with our e-cars

- Rider recruitment i.e. evaluating candidate’s communication and driving skills

- Assisting with the rider’s schedule, staffing and support

- Updating and analyzing utilization dashboards by performing data exports

- Support the operations in the rider hub by attending to admin shifts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in Swedish and English both in speaking and writing (any other language is a plus)

Good computer skills (Google Suits and more)

Swedish or EU driving license

Being experienced with the foodora e-cars is a plus

Having basic knowledge about cars is a plus



Start date: As soon as possible.

Working times: flexible working hours/days (including weekends, working hours can be between 6:30-00:00)
