For our aftermarket department "Automotive Aftermarket", we are now looking for a Fleet Development Specialist to manage and develop fleet operations and business models to ensure maximum benefits for our Bosch Car Service network in Sweden. It is a newly established position which is why there will be a great opportunity to develop and shape the role.
In your daily work you will be part of the Swedish Sales Team, but you will work cross-functionally in an international environment including the Bosch central fleet team in headquarter as well as local teams to follow up and improve business possibilities and support European cooperation strategies.
Job Description
Responsible for the fleet operations and customer management, provided through the Bosch Car Service network
Manage all communication with our existing fleet partners.
Establish and develop relationships with key fleet customers in the market, understand market potential and acquire new fleet customers, including insurance companies.
Drive the country or regional specific fleet business model implementation together with our country sales team, to ensure maximum impact and synergies
Create demands via service marketing activities with the marketing team
Follow up and report main key performance indicators of fleet management projects
Support preparing business plans and regular forecasts for current and further fleet business possibilities
Qualifications
Structured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happen
More than 4 years of experience in the automotive service business as Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or District Manager or similar
Solid understanding and interest of workshop processes; basic understanding of automotive service technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of related trends
Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers and partners
Firm affinity to digital transformation within the automotive fleet service operations
A bachelor’s degree or similar studies in business, marketing, economics, engineering or a comparable degree. However, your personality will be prioritized.
Visionary and think strategically – you anticipate market developments, innovations as well as challenges and you identify business opportunities
Good presentation skills and persuasive communication
Analytical thinking ability
Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (MS Office applications and other relevant sales tools)
Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in Swedish and English (Corporate language)
Good planning and organizational skills
Additional Information
You work flexible from either home office or the company office in Kista and can expect up to 70 travelling days per year (both domestic and international).
