West Atlantic Cargo Airlines specializes in tailored aircraft solutions for Global Integrators, National Mail Organizations, and other B2B e-commerce suppliers with both ad-hoc and long-term demand for cargo aircraft.
With more than 50 years of continuous operating experience we specialize in wet leasing, ACMI, and full charter services, supporting both local and International customers worldwide.
With a fleet of more than 50 aircraft, which includes the British Aerospace ATP, Bombardier CRJ 200 PF, Boeing 737-300 / 400 / 800 Freighters, and the Boeing 767-200, we presently cover a capacity range from 6.5 to 40 metric tonnes.
Focus is on safe operations, high reliability, and customer service.
West Atlantic holds two Air Operating Certificates, one in the UK and one in Sweden, which together operated over 24,000 flights in 2017 whilst serving more than 50 destinations
We are looking for a structured Flight Operation & Crew Training Administrator
Role Summary
Provide effective & efficient assistance, support and advice within Flight Operations and Crew Training for the West Atlantic Sweden BAe ATP / CRJ / B737-800NG / B767-200 operation.
Responsibilities
Assist in Flight Operations and Crew Training Department with the following:
• Admin tasks for the daily flight operations environment
• Participate in admin tasks for the training department
• Compliance inspections and finding closures
• Project Planning
• Dealing with manuals and checklists
• Manage EFB contents
• Crew uniforms
Academic/Educational Requirements
• Aviation background
Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of either BAe ATP /CRJ / B737 / B767 operations
• Knowledge of the West Atlantic product is desirable
• Previous work experience on EFB platforms. Windows or IOS based
• Up to date knowledge of Flight Operations and training matters
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) in Swedish and English
• Above standard abilities in Office 365
• Driving License
