Our Exciting Opportunity
The Traffic Control SW Production is focusing on the infrastructure of tools and services required to develop the traffic control applications. It consists of design environments, Continuous Integration pipelines (CI flow) and test environments, enabling the development teams to deliver quality assured code to be deployed on both native and cloud-based execution platforms. The infrastructure itself is multi-layered, and lower layers are managed and developed in cooperation with and by other organizations within Ericsson to enable reuse and sharing.
We are now looking for a candidate for leading the flow operations team in PDU TC SW production. Working with our TC production flows both from operations, architecture and requirement handling. Development tasks and investigation of our flows in operations are a natural part.
The work consists of daily owning the flow operation team securing that all flow related tasks are taken cared of. We are using ticket driven work so you need to handle this by Kanban methodology. When we have hot issues you need to drive and advance to solve the problem as soon as possible. To secure that we constantly improve you need to participate in requirement handling towards our TC flow development. To secure this you will be one of our partners in our organization.

You will
Participate in TC production CI flow operation and governance
Drive escalations and ongoing issues and engaged in cross organizational activities
Build and drive improvements and requirements for CI flow operation
Participate in development of the module CI machinery
Secure trouble shooting and internal customer support in the CI flows
Drive continuous improvements of CI machinery products and processes
