Fluff specialist Stora Enso Innovation Centre

We will strengthen our capabilities and customer orientation in the hygiene sector related R&D due to the expansion of our fluff pulp production volumes. We welcome professionals having well-established experience and knowledge in fibre based hygiene products and/or process development to our expanding R&D&I team. We are offering a brand-new location in our Innovation Centre in Stockholm, Sweden with world-class capabilities.

You will be acting as an expert in our R&D team for Fluff Pulp Development and have a key role in defining the strategy and the content of the activities in the field. The detailed role and responsibilities will be adjusted to your individual experience and set of skills. Your work will include development and innovation project work with fluff pulp in close cooperation with the TCS team, fluff pulp customers, other R&D and Innovation teams and with the pulp mill. Additionally you will support the technical customer service and sales and lead the activities in fluff pulp laboratory. You will work with multi-cultural and -skilled teams and utilize your capabilities to find out new value-added solutions for us. We will give extra credit on earlier work with hygiene products and seniority (>5…7 years).



The requirements for the positions are:

* academic education in chemical engineering, chemistry or other relevant areas
* experience in product and/or process development in hygiene sector, preferably >5…7 years
* experience in R&D of hygiene end-products
* knowledge about fluff pulp and/or pulping processes
* professional skills in project management
* open and curious for new solutions
* pro-active with urge to deliver results
* good communication skills, fluent English
* ability to work in a multicultural environment
* ability to work independently and within a team
* willingness to travel and work in close connection with the production site
