Fluid dynamics and heat transfer specialist

For our client, we are now searching for a Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer who will participate in development projects.
The development projects are complex and run together with customers, industrial partners and/or universities with the primary objective of increasing knowledge in food processing and investigating new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Being the expert in fluid dynamics and heat transfer and sharing the knowledge with the project teams when investigating flow patterns in tanks, pipes and other process equipment
Design, Conduct and Analyse experiments and simulations to understand the distribution of liquids (Newtonian as well as non-newtonian)
Take part in scaling process equipment from lab to pilot to industrial scale and problem-solving
Support and advice in questions related to fluid dynamics and heat transfer

Required Skills:
Experience within Experimental Fluid Dynamics
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Physical Engineering with a focus on Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer
Team player
Engineer background
Fluency in English and Swedish

This is a one-year consultant position.
Starting date November 1st 2022
