Flutter Developer to Gigstr HQ

We at Gigstr are ramping up our marketplace solution. Since 2016 we have worked with matching companies with our community of freelancers (gigstrs) and project managers within marketing, sales and service. Now we want to redesign our platform and are building a new development team to challenge our old one.


This is an opportunity for you who want take part in an scale-up while working on cutting edge tech such as Flutter, Firebase & WebRTC and grow with the company for years to come. This is a full-time position on-site in Stockholm.

Who are you?
Is an experienced developer, either with iOS, Android, React Native or Flutter
Looking to join early in development projects
Has an eye for design (actual design skills is a bonus)
Enjoys collaboration. Previous open source work is a big plus.
Engineers with a user-centric approach, not for the sake of technological perfection
Is eager to learn new technologies and programming skills
Has a curious mind and likes to take initiative



Your tasks would include:
Formulate the tech stack vision for our new platform.
Develop and design new matching modules, user profiles, sign and payment solution for mobile, and desktop.
Software engineering from mobile app to backend to frontend back office of our new platform
Working tightly with the founding team and in response to customers on the product roadmap


The tech stack vision for our new platform
Mobile app in Flutter (Dart) for iOS & Android with native plugins in PWA, Swift, Kotlin, Java & Objective-C. Or similar.
Backend running on Firebase with serverless Node.js functions, Firestore database. Or similar.
Web-based back office written in React or similar.
Twilio or similar.
Marketing website made with Webflow/wordpress/shopify or similar.
