Our department, Product Maintenance, is part of the Driveline & Electromobility function, where we continuously improve our motion systems to support building the world we want to live in. In the Product Maintenance team, we have a large network of colleagues, who we support daily with technical knowledge and solutions, where our main workflows are field quality and production support. We will strengthen the proactive efforts in our quality work by intensifying the use of FMEA as a support tool, this to further improve our motion systems for the future.


Main activities and Responsibilities:
As a FMEA leader within Product Maintenance you will work in all phases of the product lifecycle to support the complete Driveline & Electromobility organization with structure, mitigation activities and documentation of the results driven by the FMEA process. A structured but pragmatic approach, ability to evaluate the needed depth in specific sub systems and a burning interest in driving results are all keys to becoming successful in this position. You will, together with the department, be part of the Driveline & Electromobility function’s transformation towards electromobility.
In this role it is also important to have an understanding and acceptance for rapid changes of priority and the impact that these might have on the planning.


Required knowledge, experience:
Engineering degree in a relevant knowledge area
Knowledge and experience in driving FMEA work
An effective team player
Good social and communication skills verbally and written
Fluency in English and Swedish
Driveline product knowledge is an advantage
