The Head Waiter Role
Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Leadership: Lead and coordinate the breakfast service team, ensuring smooth operations and timely, attentive service to all guests.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally during breakfast service.
Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage presentation, ensuring that all items are served in accordance with the hotel's brand, quality and service standards.
Team Support: Assist and guide the breakfast waitstaff in delivering exceptional service, providing training and feedback as needed. As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage operations in the restaurant
Schedule: Assist Restaurant & Bar Manager with scheduling of staff and coordinate part time worker.
Operational Setup: Ensure the breakfast area is properly set up before service, including buffet stations or à la carte settings, and ensure a seamless flow throughout service hours.
Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of food items.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues quickly and efficiently, aiming to resolve concerns and maintain guest satisfaction.
Stock Management: Assist in managing and restocking breakfast supplies and beverages, ensuring everything is available and well-maintained during service.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure that breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
A person that loves early mornings
Is a creative problem-solver
Passionate about creating extraordinary service
Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience as a waiter or head waiter in a hotel or high-volume restaurant, preferably in breakfast service.
Likes having fun at work
Communicates in English and Swedish
Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
