Can you see yourself here?
In this role you will need to lead by example and be a good ambassador for Volvo Cars Brand in all contact. You are a passionate leader who can bring business, sustainability, and people together. You will empower, support and coach our restaurants to help them perform better and grow. In addition to this you will challenge costs by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples.

We believe that you have extensive and advanced experience of successful commercial, retail management or perhaps have had the role of multi-unit food service manager.

Proven leadership abilities and strong track-record of managing managers, this job also includes that you can work alone with smaller or bigger projects. The ideal candidate should have a dynamic, thorough, and enquiring approach to work, with the ability to work across multiple projects, with timelines ranging from the immediate to longer term. To be successful in this role you are a self-motivated person who has an openness to change and is positive with a high energy level. You prefer working in a global organization.

Furthermore, we see that you have great communication and international cultural skills. You have a structured way of working and like to plan. You’re driven to improve people’s wellbeing and workday, always pushing for the better.

What You Will Do
In this role you will be supporting the Global Food and Beverages Manager. Working with facts and numbers, in order to create a solid base for future projects. You will be supporting in the creation and implementation of global guidelines. You will also have the opportunity to lead projects, both small, big and bigger. The vision and ambition of this role is to create a better day for all colleagues!

What You Will Bring

Furthermore, we also see that you will bring insights about current and exciting new food and beverages around the world. In this role, you need to be fluent in English both speech and in writing. Swedish is meritorious both not mandatory. Moreover, we see that you have strong knowledge in service, hospitality, sustainability combined with a love for facts and figures
