Equipment Engineering drives the development of industry leading solutions, specifications and capabilities for all equipment, leads functional, capability and equipment engineering strategy across all equipment systems. The organisation has a strong forward-looking perspective ensuring capabilities, know-how and innovative solutions (i.e. pre-studies) are available in advance of market needs and is responsible for identifying and maintaining new partnerships together with Supplier Management.
Equipment Engineering has the lead on full manufacturing and reliability engineering know-how, equipment technical strategy and roadmap and is responsible for microbiological food safety.
We are looking for a Food – System Integrator who will drive knowledge building on liquid food properties and food-system interaction. You will work in an agile environment filled with interesting challenges.
This is a temporary position for approx.10 month and the position will be located in Lund.
What you will do
Generate knowledge on liquid food properties, shelf-life, barrier properties, fillability, off-odor/off-flavor, food characterization, food processing related to the Tetra Pak® TT/3 filling machine platform
Build knowledge within the area of liquid food and system interaction, with focus on yoghurt products and rheology
Maintain procedure around filling-product tests/customer product trials
Scout information about packages and fill products regarding food-system interaction.
Develop test methods for liquid food system interaction
Provide market support regarding fillability and shelf-life
Continuous cooperation within Tetra Pak networks
Who you are
To be successful in this position you have strong analytical skills, a great portion of drive and the ability to understand liquid food properties. You are confident in your technical expertise and enjoy being in technical discussions and solving problems. Networking comes natural to you and you easily build trust and good teamwork. You resolve issues effectively and are dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. You like to work independently.
You have a University degree in Food Technology. A very good command of English, both written and spoken is required. You could be either newly graduated or be a senior with many years of experience from Food Industry and Quality Departments.
