The Profile For our team in Erfurt/Leipzig we are looking for Foreign language Supporters Your tasks: Competent contact person for our domestic and international business and governmental clients Supporting our clients in the use of data-processing applications Qualifying and solving complex IT-tasks in the languages listed below Monitoring client networks Cooperation with internal and external support functions Your qualifications: Basic PC-skills Good knowledge of standard applications Willingness and technical interest in a very intensive training program Apart from good German and English skills you are business fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Flemish, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Rumanian, Czech, Slovakian Good communication and social skills You are communicative, work well under pressure and enjoy working in a team. You are interested in constant further training and flexible working hours. csg Helpline Service - worldwide IT-Support around the clock The csg Helpline offers worldwide and producer-independent IT-Support. csg offers individual interbranch services, a technical hotline for hard and software support, network and firewall services, the supervision of on-site technical engineers and also the coordination of spare-part logistics. Since the inauguration of the csg Helpline Services in Erfurt we have been available for our clients around the clock. Since 2001 we have also been present with another csg Helpline location in Leipzig. Using state-of-the-art technology, more than 900 competent and motivated employees ensure our high service quality; nationally and internationally. We offer safety and security so that you can concentrate on your core business. As your central contact person for all IT questions we assume "end-to end" responsibility and ensure prompt, purposeful and professional support for your IT end-users.
