Foreman for a pre-commercial thinning team

We are looking for a foreman for one of our pre-commercial thinning teams (skogsröjning). Several years of work experience with pre-commercial thinning in Sweden are mandatory.
The employment period is from 1 May 2023 - 15 Oktober 2023. The working place is in northern Sweden, somewhere between Sundsvall and Sollefteå. We are only interested in an employment for the whole period and we do not employ for shorter periods.
Our company is newly formed, but our management has more than 20 years experience in the branch. Our highest aim is to execute our customers orders with the best of quality possible and to offer our employees the best working and employment conditions on the market.
We are even able to employ complete working teams with 4-5 persons, who are used to work together. In this case minimum 2-3 persons of the team should have experience with pre-commercial thinning work in Sweden.
