Foreman Maintenance Department

Maintenance department oversees maintenance of the equipment in the shipyard. The importance of well-functioning equipment is high since delivery time for every vessel project is crucial.
You and your colleagues are a team who have the central task of being responsible for the equipment in the shipyard being in operation. You perform service and repairs and are responsible for the truck fleet functioning properly.
You as a person

As a foreman, you have many contact areas, and we are looking for you who have a good communicative ability and can switch between your own work and collaboration in groups. In the role, it is required that you find solutions to problems and help to find the basis for sources of error and create routines to prevent future problems.
Your Competence -mandatory
· College degree
· Read, write, speak English
· Experience of planning and leading staff
· Experience of similar tasks
· Basic level Microsoft office programs
Your competence – meritorious
· Read, write, speak Swedish
· Experience of project management
· Experience of maintenance system
Driver license B is required
