The Faculty of Medicine is a part of Lund University, and is responsible for education and research within medicine and healthcare. Our academic programmes are closely linked with the healthcare system and are firmly anchored in the faculty’s strong research tradition. Our research spans a broad field within experimental preclinical research, near-patient clinical research and health sciences research. The Faculty of Medicine, with its 1,800 employees and 2,700 students in Lund and Malmö, is a knowledge-intensive meeting place for students, teachers and researchers from all over the world.



Job assignment

The tasks of this position includes assisting the research groups with general grant administration, reporting for existing grants, and new grant applications.

In addition the recruited will also provide administrative support. The administrative support includes tasks such as booking meetings and travels, report travel costs, update web pages, language correction and translation etc.

Qualifications

- The candidate should hold a Master of Science Degree within the life science field or equivalent.

- Experience with EU and national founding system is a plus.

- The candidate should have good communicative skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.



Terms of employment: Temporary position for one year, 90-100%
