Backoffice Specialist

We are now looking for two new colleagues to join our office in Växjö as Backoffice Specialists. In the role you will get the opportunity to develop and influence the organization. As a Backoffice Specialist, you get to work in a healthy, successful organization with exciting and varied tasks

About the job
The systems we mainly work in are Jeeves, our ERP system and ServiceNow. In the systems, we handle all parts such as order portals, integrations, withdrawals, asset management and financing arrangements. Excel is also a very important tool for us in our daily work.
In your role, you will work on managing our financial agreements, such as rentals and leases. This means that you will start contracts, manage them during the contract period and participate in the work to terminate them after the contract period has expired. The work involves close contacts with our funders, our customers and with other departments within Foxway. We are in an expansion phase that means that we will create new relationships with international partners and customers. You will participate in various projects both internally as well as externally with the customer. Testing newly developed functionality and training internally is also an important part of the role.

As a person, you are also communicative, clear and you have an ability to influence others. To thrive in the role you need to enjoy working with innovating your tasks and also maintaining them.
It is important for us that you are positive about working in an organization which is in an expansive phase.


Must have:
Economical education from at least high school level
Accuracy in handling financial data
Good knowledge of Excel
Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing


Nice to have:
Experience of similar tasks
University degree in economics
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Knowledge of Jeeves
Advanced knowledge in Excel
