FP&A Manager

At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 32,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are now looking for an experienced FP&A Manager. In this role, you will work with all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis. You will collaborate closely with Accounting as well as our leaders across the business with a particular focus on financial forecasting and reporting.

Further, you will work with project management in various projects in order to improve efficiency and processes within FP&A and the wider company. This could include (but not limited to) projects within revenue planning, personnel planning and cost planning. You will also play a key role in the upcoming implementation of a budget and planning software system.

You will report to the Director of FP&A and work closely with our current FP&A Manager. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Financial Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Personnel planning
- Project Management and system implementation
- KPI reporting and visualisation
- Revenue and cost monitoring in tight relation with Management
- Cash flow analysis and planning
- Other Ad-hoc analysis and tasks within the FP&A department


To be successfull in this role, we belive you have:

- +5 years of experience working within FP&A / Business Control or similar field, eg. Management Consulting
- Experience working within a global and rapidly scaling organisation
- Attention to detail and a very strong analytical mindset
- Experience working with a high level of autonomy
- Process-driven and problem solving oriented
- Experience from subscription-based businesses (SaaS) considered a merit
- Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Additional language skills are considered a merit.
- Master degree in Finance or an Economics orientation.
