As FP&A Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the FP&A team which consists of 4 finance business partners and controllers. The group is responsible for part of the weekly, monthly and yearly reporting for HemoCue group and HemoCue AB and ensuring high quality business partnering to the HemoCue organization.
Key responsibilities
The following responsibilities is key in the FP&A Manager role
Develop and maintain reporting processes that accurately describe performance of key business and financial parameters
Ensure FP&A team drives business performance targets and key performance indicators. Analyze variations and determine countermeasures to eliminate problems
Maintain and improve forecasting processes that accurately predict future performance and motivate actions to insure it hits agreed upon targets
Work closely with CFO in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify opportunities, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
Lead financial portion of the strategic planning process, ensure that results from initiatives are properly scoped, presented, tracked, and reported.
Drive and coordinate annual financial budget. Ensure efficient process, communication to stakeholders, communication of targets and such.
Develop FP&A team to grow professionally

Qualifications
The following formal qualifications will increase your chances of success in the job:
Education - MSc or BSc in finance
Leadership in driving improvements of financial planning and analysis. Leadership in supporting sales growth and cost rationalization. Personal engagement and accountability of finance matters in the organization. Create relationships with key leaders in the organization and take a proactive approach to both challenge and support.
Teamwork – working relationships with senior leadership team, finance department and CFO requires strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to balance a partnering approach with firm stance on ethics, compliance, GAAP etc.
Communication skills – strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to convey technical financial information to non-financial people. Communication skills in English are on a high level, Swedish is an advantage
IT - Proficiency in MS Office, relevant ERP and Financial consolidation software experience desirable as well as experience from BI-tools.
Previous experience – previous experience from producing companies.
