We are looking for a skilled RTL FPGA / ASIC developer, to strengthen our team. You think that Hardware is the coolest thing there is and appreciate that integrated circuits are the foundation of the future digitalization.
ZeroPoint Technologies is a start-up company, located in Gothenburg, Sweden. We have researched and developed a technology that doubles the main memory capacity and memory bandwidth with 2-3x and we are going to make this an industry standard, one customer at a time. Are you in?
Responsibilities
You will be an important part of a team that do system integration in customer projects.
RTL Module design and simulation using System Verilog
Testbench Design and Verification of existing modules using System Verilog and/or UVM
Synthesis, equivalence check, timing analysis

Qualifications
You are expected to have experience in FPGA / ASIC design, including RTL design and verification, extensive experience with Verilog and System Verilog as well as synthesis, simulation and optimization for area, performance and power.
To be successful with us you have…
A M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience in FPGA / ASIC design
Experience in System Verilog
Excellent skills with simulation tools such as such as VCS, Xcelium or Modelsim

Skills we value…
Experience in UVM
Experience from synthesis, timing and power analysis.

About ZeroPoint
ZeroPoint Technologies uses novel compression approaches to develop and license a memory compression IP block placed on the SoC processor chip to effectively double memory capacity and memory bandwidth. ZeroPoint Technologies AB was created in 2016 as a spinout from Chalmers University of Technology. The Intellectual Property Portfolio related to computer memory management was then acquired from the University and transferred into the new startup. The Technology, ideas and many of the people behind and with ZeroPoint comes from Professor Per Stenström’s research group, which is internationally recognized for excellence within high-performance computing. Since its creation, ZeroPoint has attracted skilled people from industry, finance and the startup community and raised its first round of Venture Capital in 2016.
