Max is not only Sweden’s favourite hamburger restaurant chain, it is also one of the first. Back in 1968 the founders of Max, Curt Bergfors and Britta Andersson, opened their first restaurant in Gällivare, high up in the northern part of Sweden.

Their hamburgers became so popular that within two years they opened more restaurants. Soon thereafter Max was established in several other cities in Norrland (the northern part of Sweden). The rest is history.

Max is family owned

The founder, Curt Bergfors, is still active in the company as Founder, Owner & Working Chairman, and the family still owns 100 percent of the company. Richard Bergfors is the company’s President and Christoffer Bergfors is the Vice President.

Franchise Field Service Consultant to Max Burgers

MAX international is expanding and are looking for a Franchise Field Service Consultant. In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in and influence the development of this department and strategic direction to new franchisees. You will be a part of an innovative value driven company that is one of the first to be climate positive.

As a Franchise Field Service Consultant, you will be a part of Max International and be the link between the Max brand and its Franchisees. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to Franchisees and coach the Franchisees to deliver an outstanding customer experience to maximize sales and profit. You will consistently build good business relationship with Franchisees for the mutual benefit of franchisees and the company. The Franchise Field Service Consultant is a key player in the franchise organization.

 Examples of responsibilities

• Training new Franchisees
• Be a Brand ambassador, follow up and ensure that individual franchisees meet their targets
• Build and maintain working relationships, conduct the and manage annual restaurant cycle, consults to assure that the restaurants meet food and restaurant safety standards as well as operational standards and procedures.
• Included in the Franchise Field Service tasks is also taking part in the recruitment of new Franchisees according to the company’s expansion strategy.
• Being a link between the Max brand and its Franchisees.


 Competence

• Experience from similar kind of business and experience from working in a Franchise organization is a must.
• Documented ability to work well under pressure and with fixed deadlines.
• Fluent in English and exceptional communication skills both written and oral
• Effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to work with little supervision. Structured and excellent planning and strategically skills.
• Ability to impact and influence others, teamwork, collaboration and strategic perspective, value and respect others.
• Ability to be situational and choose the appropriate approach based on the individual and situation.
• As a brand ambassador you need to be innovative and a creative problem solver
