Are you obsessed in deliver WOW in both Experience towards customers and internal stakeholders? We are looking for an analytical individual with a technical mindset to help Qliro combat payments fraud.
As a Fraud Analyst within the Fraud team, you will perform transaction reviews and investigations of high risk transactions across all of Qliros markets and products. You will monitor, identify, and prevent arising fraud trends and new fraud patterns. You will become an expert in fraud prevention and suggest improvements to our fraud detection systems and processes. The role requires you to be able to work individually whilst also collaborating with other fraud analysts as well colleagues from other teams.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor and review transactions which are suspected to be fraudulent
- Conduct analysis of fraud claims and current fraud trends with the help of our internal tools
- Develop rules and suggest changes to the fraud detection systems
- Handle incoming fraud related errands from customers and merchants as well as preparing witness statements for the Police, Courts and to other authorities as required as well as acting as a subject matter expert via these proceedings
We believe you:
- Have an interest in fraud prevention and protecting customers from fraud
- Have an analytical mindset and are not afraid of suggesting new approaches to solving a problem
- Have a technical interest and mindset. Previous programming experience is not necessary, but a plus. This could be from for example SQL, R or Python.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English verbally and in writing, knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious
- Experience from working with fraud prevention is meritorious
