Fraud Detection Team Leader with English
Main responsibilities:
Identify team goals and evaluate team progress;
Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback;
Research and information gathering of market trends and needs, evaluate research results to deliver competitive differentiation products that meets the banks digital strategic objectives;
Prepare regular reports on current tasks.

Job requirements:
Experience in managing a customer support/ KYC or trainers teams in the BPO field;
Excellent level in English (C1 level);
Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, or Slack is considered an advantage.
Previous experience as Team Lead in a FinTech company (2-5 years).
