Fraud Team Leader

The Fraud Detection and Analytics Team within the Credit Risk Department at Klarna are responsible for analyzing, reviewing and detecting fraudulent behaviour and making sure that we stop fraud at the door. Klarna strives to have customers shop anywhere, anytime with minimal hassle, which requires a sound understanding of each individual customer - this is where you come in.

As a Team Leader in Fraud Detection and Analytics you will manage a team of five agents who are detecting and preventing fraud in the Nordics. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, analyzing and interpreting data in order to detect suspected fraud patterns. You will coach and support members of staff, maintain fraud policy and make changes to prevent and detect fraud. Through improving processes, implementing new ideas and following up on the outcome of them, you contribute both to the results of the team as well as Klarna's overall success.


Required Qualifications

-1+ years experience within a Leadership and/or Fraud role

-Experience with statistical analyses in a business environment

-Experience with communication to senior executives, stakeholders and external partners

-Excellent English oral and written presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with programming and/or statistical modelling (SQL, SAS, R or similar)

-BSc in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or Computer Science


You have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and are able to delegate work and ensure delivery within a team. You are structured and responsible, and you enjoy working under pressure in a high paced environment.
