Freelance Copywriter to Estrid

Are you a freelancer and want to join one of the fastest scaling start-ups in Europe? Estrid is looking for a Copywriter who has experience of employer branding and knows how to create copy that inspires and can bring Estrid's brand communication to the next level! This is a freelance assignment with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely!

Estrid is a Scandinavian women-first razor brand on a 24/7 mission to spread joy through the language of self-care and acceptance. The team consists of 50 dedicated creators and doers who are, perhaps without always realizing it, changing an entire industry. They are a brand and company that’s not afraid of doing things differently but in fact, celebrate differences in all shapes and forms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In close collaboration with the People & Performance team in Stockholm, your primary task will be to produce written content for Estrid's employer brand on LinkedIn and in job ads. You will also work with storytelling and create copy for their onboardingprogram for new employees. It's an independent role that requires that you are natural-born communicator with a great appetite for digital marketing and has a good insight into employer branding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skilled and experienced in copywriting, it's preferable if you have experience writing job ads
Good understanding of employer branding
Understanding of start-ups/scale-ups, it's preferable if you have experience from similar industry
Great communication skills in English
As a person you have a creative mind and is a great team player
