Freelance Researcher to Estrid

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Researcher you will be a part of the creative and high performing People & Performance team in Stockholm. You will work with sourcing and headhunting of candidates within CRM, marketing and tech.
It's an independent role that requires that you are passionate about connecting with new people and enjoy working creatively where you have the freedom to try new ways and improve your sourcing strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skilled and experienced in sourcing and headhunting
Understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
Understanding of start-ups or scale-ups
Great communication skills in English
As a person you have a creative mind and is a great team player
