Dellner Couplers in Vika south of Falun are looking for a Freight Admin to our spedition team at the Global Logistics department.
We are an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative and high-quality products and services to train operators and builders worldwide. Our product line consists of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the railway industry.
As a Freight Admin, you support the business by directing the transport of material and products aswell as beeing reponsible for the administrative tasks connected to freight forwarding. As a Freight Admin you work at the Logistics function and reports to the Global Logistics Manager. The department works with supply planning, production planning, freight forwarding and supply chain development.
Our suppliers and customers are both internal and external. The work involves close collaboration with all of Dellner's functions aswell as suppliers and customers.
Your role
The role as Freight Admin includes booking and monitoring shipments, handling necessary documents for export to authorities, perform invoicing and of course ensuring timely deliveries.
We assume
• That you have a BSc in relevant field and work experience within spedition – or a several year long work experience within spedition and freight forwarding.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
• You have easy to learn, are driven, service-oriented and flexible with a very good communication and collaboration ability.
• You have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership.
• Have experience from working in an ERP-system.
Success factors
• You have a large work capacity and can plan your work by your self.
• You enjoy taking action and you prioritize quickly and adjust your level of ambition according to the needs of the business at the moment.
• Experience from M3 aswell as working in a TMS -system.
