Are you an exceptional service-oriented and detail-oriented person who is interested in handling orders and supplies? Sedana Medical is expanding their Customer support function with a Customer Support Agent to manage and support customers in France and Spain. For this position, you must be fluent in French and Spanish or in either of the two, as you will be communicating with French and Spanish customers on a daily basis.
Sedana Medical is a Swedish medical technology company founded in 2005. The company conducts research and development in Ireland and has its head office in Danderyd just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.
The role is a part-time position in which you will be a part of a dedicated Customer Support team at the head office in Danderyd.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the support team your key responsibilities will be to perform secured deliveries to France and/or Spain according to customers' demands as well as to develop and maintain a good customer service and an accurate administration of the local business system.
The role requires a high level of independence within the below described framework, such as;
• Order registration for new and current customers.
• Order handling including phone calls and emails to/from customers.
• Integrate with our logistic partner and ensure that issues linked to transportation and deliveries are resolved.
• Manage and solve different customer matters, supporting our Country Managers and Sales teams in Spain and France.
• Secure with Finance department, that the right information is registered regarding for example right incoterms, legal/customs requirements, and duties.
• Customer care and support (local reporting/update of all local customer and office files, brochures, technical and quality information).
• Customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction with Sedana Medical's products.
• Administrate customer accounts.
• Update information in the CRM system.
You probably have a great track record working in a similar position before and value the variation of customer support and high-quality administration. It’s a great advantage if you have previous experience working in a Customer support role. The most important is that you are fluent in French and/or Spanish and service minded. If you have little experience in customer support, you will be given a proper introduction not only to Sedana Medical’s products but also to our customer support process.

To be successful in this role you need to be an outgoing person, able to care for new as well as existing customers and support them in a professional way. You are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing and have the ability to connect with different types of people. You are results-driven, have an excellent sense of planning and sets a clear work structure for yourself on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
It is a requirement that you be fluent in French and/or Spanish in both speaking and writing since all your communication will be with customers in France and Spain. The corporate language is English, and it is of great importance that you also are comfortable with that. You are proficient in MS Office and have some experience from working in different business systems.

Your high communicative ability and good social skills have previously led to professional and long-lasting customer relationships.
