Job description
We are looking for a French speaking customer service coordinator to join the team at Wayne in Malmö. Your responsibility is to handle the whole process regarding orders from initial contact with the customer, to coordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination.

Key responsibility as a customer service coordinator
• Direct contact with customers
• Receiving orders
• Set delivery dates and confirm orders to customers
• Control prices and solve price exceptions
• Handle customer complaints
• Resolves production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems
• Coordinate transportations with the shipping department

In the long run you will be able to coordinate smaller and bigger projects internally and together with the company’s customer.

You will work in an international team which supports a number of different countries. You will be located in Malmö, Sweden, but there will be some traveling towards France.

You will be employed as a consultant at Manpower and for the right person there is a good chance of employment within Wayne AB. We want you to be available to start as soon as possible.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be a good communicator and have an excellent command in French and English both written and verbal. If you also speak Swedish it is seen as a merit.

It is a demand that you have 3-5 years of experience within customer service and order and preferably towards an industrial company. We want you to have the experience from working with projects and on improvements regarding customer relations.

As a person you need to have a sense of urgency and good ability to prioritize. You must be able to interact directly with customers and with all levels of the organization, be flexible and be able to meet customers from different cultures and quickly adapt to their needs and have good attention to detail and problem solving skills.

You have experience from working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle 11.5.9 or later. You have good working knowledge and ability to use office automation software including, but not limited to, Excel, Word and Power Point.
