For our client we are now seeking a service-minded 1st line IT-support member for their team.

The assignment is a 6-month long consultant job with genuinely good chances for extensions/take-overs.

The areas of support include, but are not limited to: creating accounts in AD, troubleshooting, forwarding to second line, application installation and IT-infrastructure tasks. You will also work with a support ticket system; taking ownership of tickets and keeping end users informed of ticket status as well as making sure tickets are resolved in a timely manner and reporting when they are not.

You will also ensure we maintain good knowledge-articles and FAQs related to end user support.

You will actively participate in process improvement: where an understanding of ITIL will benefit greatly. Understanding of process automation is also beneficial.

Preferably, we would like to see that you have at least three years of experience from some sort of service desk role. You also need to be fluent in French and English, as you will use these two languages continually throughout your work days. Swedish is a bonus!

Most importantly: you have a "customer at heart" attitude and helping customers is something that gives you joy.
