JOB DESCRIPTION
QlikTech is now looking for a French speaking experienced payroll administrator, located at their office in Lund. The role will offer you variation and you will become part of an exciting international environment and a well-functioning team of ten people. QlikTech as an organization has a strong focus on continuous development of their employees and there will be plenty of opportunities for the right person to grow professionally within the company.

JOB (JOB DUTIES)
As a payroll administrator you will be responsible for processing the salaries every month, and to assist in a variety of tasks within payroll administration and finance. You will be responsible for the processing of wages for new employee?s, salary increases and other adjustments, manage administration connected to illness, overtime etc. Furthermore, you will assist in the evaluation of internal and external auditors as well as focusing on keeping up to date with the relevant employment law.

You will work closely with your colleagues and have the possibility to participate and influence the company with your ideas and suggestions as QlikTech is an innovative and rapidly growing company. The role offers great opportunities to develop professionally and individually as among others knowledge sharing between colleagues is highly valued.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU ( REQUIREMENTS )
? You must be fluent in French and due to QlikTech?s international environment we also expect you to have a high level of spoken and written English
? Have at least three years of experience working with payroll administration and/or accounting
? Have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
? Appreciate an international organization and a broad role within the payroll administration
? Who is comfortable working with wages in different business systems and have good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office

As a person you are well organized and have a great ability to prioritize your everyday workload. Furthermore, you are accurate, flexible and have an eye for details. You have good communication skills and strive at creating and maintaining good relations with both internal and external contacts. Additional qualification for the post is further knowledge in other languages.
