Your working tasks
As a Sales Administrator you handle sales orders, invoicing, delivery monitoring follow up and other matters in the process of delivering paper pulp to our customers. In your daily work you are in frequent contact with customers providing excellent service. In addition, you have extensive contacts with colleagues at Customer Supply Center in Växjö and at European Service Center in München. You work in an international context as our customers are represented in several continents, and you will be emphasizing on the markets where we have French speaking customers. The workplace is characterized by good cooperation, customer focus and individual involvement.

Your experience
To be successful in the role as a Sales Administrator we expect you to be very good at French and English and to have a couple of years experience in sales administration or finance. The role requires that you have a genuine sense of service and fulfil your tasks through a structured way of working.

You are able to make independent decisions and enjoy finding solutions to daily challenges. You also need to be open-minded to the needs from customers and colleagues. You find it natural to work with a strong focus on customers and to contribute to the success of the team. It is an advantage if you are accustomed to working in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.

The position
The position is on a permanent basis, placed at Södras head office in Växjö or at European Service Center in München.
