The opportunity
We are looking for a service-oriented, friendly person with an easy-going personality that is driven by problem solving. The position requires that you have a good social ability to speak with visitors and employees, work independently and can take responsibility for driving your work forward within your areas of responsibility. A customer-oriented approach is essential. Previous experience from a service profession or work in an office is merited.
About the team
In the role of Front Desk Associate you will be one of two people in the reception team and report to the Office Manager. The team provides service both to employees and external visitors. Our goal is to always provide a first-class experience full of energy, warmth, and joy. Your main responsibility is to give just that to everyone you meet during a working day. Although a lot of work is done independently, together with the team you are committed to our common goals, results, and the continued development of the reception.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Greet and welcome guests
Keep the common areas ie kitchen and meeting rooms clean and tidy
Administrative tasks
Coordinate office activities and events
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer incoming emails
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Support Managers with booking meetings and conferences
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
