Front Desk Supervisor At Six

Work responsibilities
You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

During the pre-opening phase, you will be responsible for setting and implementing routines and goals for the department together with your colleagues and our Front Office Manager.

After the opening, you will lead your shift and the team in providing our guests with a genuine and personalized service. You will lead by example and work together with the team towards reaching goals, such as becoming number one on Tripadvisor and Loopon.

The job comes with great responsibility and includes various working hours and days.

Background and personal characteristics
You are an organized team player who thrives to motivate and inspire your team to meet all guests with a fantastic welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,

• We believe that you have previous experience working in a hotel reception
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, additional languages is a plus
• You have a colorful personality and some people might call you a hospitality genius
