We are looking for a person with a person with a can do attitude to join our tribe Digital Front End. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you’ll do
In the role of Front End Developer, you will work in one of our managed channels development teams in our Digital Front End Department. You will focus on orchestrating workflows for a customized platform serving several managed channels, and a complex IT-telecom infrastructure with many dependencies. However, business requirements change fast and so do we. Therefore you might be involved in working with other teams, and/or projects.
An important part of the role is to build, optimize and take ownership for the application, from the infrastructure to a scalable high performing application.
Close communication and collaboration are needed with multiple teams connecting to the whole system around this team's specific application that orchestrates workflows between different types of applications, monoliths, micro front-end and microservices. Better define data structure for how the front-end will work with the data to give the best result and experience of the application, as well as “build one for many-concepts” such as implementing reusable modules or components.

You have no problems to speaking up in a respectful way. You are humble, engaging, and inspiring team player willing to jump in where is needed for the team and ultimately the company to succeed.
Required skillset:
Experience from lead developer role OR aspire to lead and coach others
Challenger and not afraid to speak up
Knowledge on how to design and consume easy to use front-end api’s
Write clean, scalable code using Vue.js, JavaScript, SASS, HTML5, Typescript, Git.
Used to work within a highly distributed IT stack (REST)
Working in autonomous agile team
Preferred:
Experience of micro front ends
TDD, end to end testing, unit testing and testing-automation
Interest in and knowledge of Devops
CI/CD, DevOps knowledge; Jenkins pipelines, Git Sub modules.
Knowledge about accessibility, usability, and internationalization
Previous experience of developing a product for Managed Channels
Previous experience of orchestrating TM Forum api’s.
