Join our hardware Front-End engineering team exploring and integrating new technologies......
and take responsibility for all hardware-related aspects in technology exploration projects around our Bluetooth, DECT, USB & Video collaboration platforms. As a Front-End Electronics Engineer, you may be involved in all stages from technology supplier interactions to technology exploration with a key focus on providing proven/matured building blocks to our product concepting and development teams.
Your tasks include:- Exploration of new and relevant in-market technologies- Identifying technologies or solutions required to meet new experience targets- Interacting with silicon technology providers on specifications and requirements- Carrying out early technical feasibility studies and identifying co-existence issues across technologies- Maturing building blocks and adding to our platforms (reference designs)- Handover support to the concepting and development functions
Collaborate with our cross-functional concept design team
Whilst working together with the Hardware Engineering team, you will also support our Concept Design team comprised of Engineers from varying disciplines. Together, we work on concept exploration for headsets, speakerphones and other hands-free audio products, all representing exciting challenges due to size constraints and need for mobility.

Engineer with solid knowledge of experience from product development
With your proactive and creative mindset, you enjoy exploring, maturing, and integrating new electronic design solutions adding to platforms. You are highly self-driven, organized, and strive to follow agreed scope and plans all the way through from idea to implementation. You are furthermore collaborative and enjoy communicating with your colleagues, leaders and stakeholders in an intercultural environment, ensuring that everyone is well-informed on current and future solutions. English is required, and Danish or another Nordic language is an advantage.
You bring:-
A degree in electronics engineering- Strong and relevant experience from at least 5 years of hands-on development work- Solid product architecture understanding and a solid holistic product system design understanding- Solid knowledge of product development including concepting, design, modelling, simulation, verification, test methodologies, analysis and problem-solving of cross-functional issues- Fundamental understanding of RF system and antenna integration challenges considering a full system validation- Deep interest in technology with an open mindset for trying out new and sometimes untraditional methods- Can do attitude and creativity finding new ways of working and solving an issue- Understanding of the importance of teamwork, genuine interest for other disciplines work challenges – especially mechanics, audio and ux- Product development flow understanding linking to what tech studies will and can be used for
