Academic Work is looking for a person for the role as Front of House for the world-leading game development company Mojang Studios. Mojang Studios develops games with a strong community focus and is primarily known as the creators of Minecraft. Here you will be part of the Work Place Experience team which consists of four people you included. The role will begin with an introduction by Office & Event Manager.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Welcome visitors, serve refreshments and give them a first-class experience, and show them to the right person or department


* Manage parking spaces
* Receive and forward e-mails and packages to the correct recipient
* Make sure that the lobby area is in top condition and a good workplace experience for the employees
* Make sure there is always coffee, fruit and cold drinks in the lobby
* Assist Office & Event Manager in organizing After Works, breakfasts and party events


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Has previous work experience from a service profession, from for example a store or a restaurant


* Has very good knowledge of English both orally and in writing. This is because it is a corporate language and many employees and visitors only speak English.


It is an advantage if you have a post-secondary education.
