Tetra Pak Technical Service AB Technical Service within Commercial Operations develops, sells and delivers global service products to our customers.Technical Service provides knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products.3400 employees are working within Technical Service world-wide.We are looking for a Front Office Manager in a temporary position until July 1 st 2009.Key areas of responsibility for the three teams in Front Office: .Main point of contact for market companies on parts orders and service .Coordinate the parts flow to market companies and end customers .Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements .Plan, coordinate and book all transports to final customers and market companies .Responsible for invoicing and issuing all relevant export documentation .Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time, and at the lowest cost As Front Office Manager some of your main tasks will be to: .Lead the teams in the daily operational work - mainly by practical issue resolution .Manage the market company interface .Drive continues improvements and ensure quality assurance for the teams .Take an active part in process improvements with other teams and departments .Be responsible for our 24 hour emergency service In the position you will work with a dynamic team in a high-paced working environment.You will have extensive international contacts both internally within Tetra Pak and externally (such as transport companies).Communication has to be pro-active, fast and accurate.You should be prepared to travel internationally on occasion.To be successful you need to have a well proven leadership capacity.You probably have a university degree in the area of business administration, logistics or similar.Communication skills are essential and you speak and write English and Swedish fluently. As a person you have excellent leadership skills.You are service minded, result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work instructions, work processes and administrative tools (such as SAP R3).You have excellent communication and networking skills.You are a team player, have a strong personal drive and are used to work in a high pace working environment.
