Your role is to lead our Front Office Team! This includes the responsibility for achieving guest satisfaction through managing and leading the Front Office operation, overseeing and participating in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests, and creating an environment built on teamwork.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
We see that you have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English; it is an advantage if you speak other languages as well.
You have a talent for motivating and engaging team members.
You have a proven record of accomplishment in maximizing Room Revenue and Guest Satisfaction.
The role reports to the General Manager and is part of the Radisson Collection Strand Hotel’s Executive team.
