Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a service minded Front Office Shift Leader to join our team.
You will be part of an international organization with the possibility of an international career. In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities, we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.

In the role of Shift Leader you are in charge on shift at Front Office to ensure that you and the team work in line with our Core service skills, brand standards and in line with Hilton values. You will have your own areas of responsibility, working together with and supporting the Front Office Manager in the daily work.

Qualifications – What are we looking for:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience within Front Office. Preferably in a team leader role or similar
It will be beneficial if you have a degree within hotel management or similar
You have previous experience and knowledge in Opera or similar system as well as comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs
It is vital to be able to communicate well in English as Swedish.
Working hours schedule including morning, evening and weekend shifts.
You need to have work rights in Sweden already to be considered for this role.
