Do you want to play an important role in continuing digitizing education? Currently, Exam.net are looking for a mid-level/senior frontend developer to be part of a small team of developers as well as designers and data analysts. Their goal is to improve the user experience and developer experience of their front-end code base and infrastructure.
Exam.net is an exam platform that enables teachers to examine students via digital device. Thousands of schools all over the world already use Exam.net to conduct these digital tests, on site in classrooms and remotely. The corona pandemic increased the already existing needs for a digitalized product in classrooms globally and led to classrooms taking even bigger steps in digitalisation - so they see an even greater opportunity ahead.

They are currently working with several different technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). They continuously develop and improve their tech stack and experiment with alternative solutions.
To be the one they are looking for, you have:
At least 3 or 4 years of experience in building and delivering complex frontend solutions.
An openness to work over the whole stack
Experience from working with identification of performance problems or improvement opportunities
Ability to write and speak fluent in English
Nice to have:
Knowledge in build-tools such as Webpack or Rollup
Unit testing for frontend (such as Jest)
Frameworks for end-to-end testing (such as Cypress)
Vue.js, React, or similar
Who are Exam.net:
Exam.net is a SaaS platform made by the company Teachiq who also has another product called Kunskapsmatrisen. The team that develops Exam.net consists of 9 employees. The digital test platform they build allows teachers to conduct tests on students digital devices and is aimed at secondary schools, post-secondary education and universities and colleges. They are located in a nice and modern office at Stenpiren in Gothenburg and also have an office in Stockholm.
They have customers in approximately 100 countries and between 50,000 - 100,000 samples are written within the platform on a daily basis. It is the most widely used test platform in Swedish schools and can be used for national tests. The company is profitable and grows completely without external financing, which means that they can work with a long-term focus in what direction they choose and with the product as the centerpiece.
