Addressya is a company with the ambitious goal to improve lives by providing access to opportunities, inclusion, partnerships, and trade through improved addressing. The platform was created in response to the fact that 4 billion people, businesses and governments worldwide suffer from the lack of addresses.


Addressya makes it possible for anyone to create a precise, complete and easy to use address and share it with full control over their own data. For individuals it will always be free. To businesses, we offer Addressing as a Service that gives companies access to good quality address data for increased transparency and efficiency.


What you’ll do
You will be part of our multinational Agile product development team consisting of frontend and backend developers, UX/UI designer, Scrum Master, the CTO and you.


Your work will mostly be focused on the frontends of our platform - the Addressya mobile app and/or the Addressya for Business React web app.


As a developer, we expect you to take shared ownership and responsibility of guiding the team in the development process to solve the right problems in the right way. Sometimes you might be the only expert in your field, and that’s why you need to be comfortable sharing your knowledge with the team.

JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native, Firebase/Firestore, Google Cloud Platform, Android, CI/CD, ApiGee, RESTful services, bigQuery, Data Studio and SendGrid.

Requirements
Extensive experience working with React/React Native
Extensive experience developing mobile apps/web apps
Computer science degree or equivalent/self-taught
Know how to move technical discussions and solutions forward
Have worked in agile environments before
You enjoy working closely with customers, and care about the user experience

CI/CD and QA
