Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Agile Coach who is experienced in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).

What you'll do:
● Work partly in operational management where the different teams communicate with each other but also with the development of the business, such as changed regulatory requirements, new responsibilities, etc.
● Change agent with a passion for coaching and supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward and Agile way of working.
● Be a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and challenging teams, leaders, and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value.
● Promote an agile mindset to management and people outside the teams and team of teams, and champion the changes and belief re-sets required to affect the desired business results.
● Work with the CoP/teams to ensure the appropriate tools are being leveraged and enterprise practices are being followed to enable consistency and metrics where needed.
● Assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach.
Who you are:
● Have relevant training and experience regarding coaching and change management (preferably ADKAR) and practical experience from working with DevSecOps, CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
● Have industry experience from banking and that you have worked in a business with a large proportion of outsourced IT.
● Enjoy driving agile change with a balanced view of "slavishly following frameworks" and "not eroding a framework.
● Have a coaching and friendly way that creates a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
