Frontend Engineer - Web & App

We are on a mission to build the best payment solution out there and thereby create a WOW experience for our consumers. As a Frontend engineer in our Web & App team you will play a central role in this journey.

During the past year, the team have released a new version of our logged in pages, new features and enhanced stability in all our services. We are now on a journey adding more features to our app and the logged in web. We are also making our services as self-manageable as possible to allow us to focus more on new development.

You can expect to:

- Work with technologies such as JavaScript, React, React Native, TypeScript, SASS/SCSS, AWS, .Net Core, Docker and more
- Take lead in developing a UI that gives a best-in-class user experience.
- Contribute to all stages of the product life-cycle as well as engaging in architectural improvements and discussions
- Collaborate constantly - We’re true believers in teamwork and the value of practices like careful code reviews, pair (or mob) programming
- Learn a ton of new things - We emphasize learning on the job as well as through our learning platform and by knowledge sharing
- Have fun in an ever growing area and organization




What you’ll bring to the team:

- Extensive experience with modern web development (preferably Javascript and React), Git and continuous integration/delivery
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Passion for building great products that people love with a good sense of basic UX principles, experimenting and using A/B testing
- Experience and/or interest in working with cloud technologies, more specifically AWS
- Experience in collaborating with designers in order to turn their designs into living and breathing products
- Curiosity and a highly collaborative work style, a wish for knowledge sharing and jumping at the opportunity to dive into new technology and territory
- Passion for writing clean and testable code We believe that you pay great attention to details and are well aware that both the user experience and the code behind it needs to be at the right level to achieve a great product
