Job
You work in the Volvo Technical Support Team, where you act as the first point of contact for customers with technical queries. You work together in a group of 6 people.
Your task is to understand the customer's questions and needs in their native language, and operate as an external and internal communication element. You will assist the technical support engineers by collecting, registering and conveying essential information required for solving the problem. You will also update the customers on the status of their case. You will also have some admin tasks.
Profile
- A1 or University degree, or equivalent in experience
- Good knowledge of minimum 4 European languages: English + Swedish, (or Norwegian or Danish) + 2 others.
- Customer-oriented with good spoken and written communication skills
- Technical interest is an asset
- Willing to work in a shift system (6-14u, 8-16u, 11-19u en 14-22u)
