We are now seeking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in the Stockholm office.

Job summary
In this position you will provide professional and efficient services and administrative support for selected Partners and Investment team members in the local office, taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule. Provide professional support though organization of events, individual services and project management. Back-up local office operations, drive and coordinate digitalization of support across offices. The daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Proactively manage, coordinate and organize any requests from stakeholders facilitating busy schedules and adding to work life balance. Including and not limited to logistics for internal or external meetings and events. Travel management.
• Build expertise, contribute to structural digital competence and take charge of responsibility areas and processes across offices and functions
• Support our firmwide HR function with tasks linked to recruiting, onboarding, documentation and wellbeing
• Support and coordination of projects and cooperation with portfolio companies and other relevant stakeholders for local and international colleagues and clients
• Maintain contact base and register as appropriate in CRM system, update intranet, sharepoint, procedures, guidelines and Slack channel
• Develop working relationships with external and internal clients and their assistants to facilitate cooperation
• Back-up and contribution to general office support, including organization of internal/external events and staff meetings.

Skills and personal attributes
We seek for an individual with a professional, proactive and organized personality with superior attention to detail and accuracy. Representing FSN to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with FSN´s value statement (https://fsncapital.com/en/about/values/).

To manage this position well, you need to have a relevant work experience (3-5 years) from a similar role, proven experience with digital tools and be digitally savvy with ambition to drive change in processes. Excellent skills in Office 365 with ability to learn and take ownership in company specific add-ins, apps or other software. FSN Capital is an international Firm, excellent English communication skills (written and oral) is therefore required as well as local language (Swedish). You work well without supervision and involve and delegate tasks and responsibilities according to needs.
