We at Outokumpu in Avesta are now looking for a committed and positive FU technician Media for the Media Group within Central Maintenance. Welcome with your application!
What does the role mean?
We offer you an important role in a business characterized by both our desire to change and improve as well as our long history in steelmaking. As a FU technician Media at Outokumpu, you work to perform planned preventive maintenance (FU) within defined process area.
You are responsible for:
· All FU shall be documented by reporting action, time & spare parts in the maintenance system.
· Be responsible for creating follow-up AO on deviations.
· Improve accessibility by proposing and driving improvements.
· Be responsible for deviation management regarding documentation, spare parts, FU, B&L routines,
· If necessary, perform corrective maintenance
· Be responsible for complying with all applicable regulations/instructions when implementing FU operations.
· Conduct and participate in accident investigations.
· Responsible for continuous audit/review of FU procedures, Work instructions, Risk assessments
· Work with continuous improvements in the area of responsibility
· Contribute to skills development work, if necessary train staff
· Operate/participate in the development of operator maintenance.
· Coordinate UH efforts in your own area (internal as well as external).
· Work towards set goals within the area of responsibility
· Participate in the execution of planned UH operations to ensure that critical work is carried out efficiently
The position is full-time and your working hours are placed during the day. Preparedness may be included in the service.
Who are you?

Qualifications:
· 3-year technical upper secondary education (Technology programme, Industrial programme or Vehicle programme).
· Meritorious if you have at least a couple of years of experience from maintenance work in heavy industry.
· Computer experience, (Independently work with applications such as MS Office UH systems, etc.)
· Good knowledge of drawing reading and preferably trained electromechanical.
